My job is to research and imagine meaningful possibilities for brands, beyond just their products and services, based on the customers' needs. My areas of expertise include insight generation, strategic directionsworkshop ideation and facilitation, and journey management

Office for National Statistics
– Senior Service Designer

The Office for National Statistics is the UK's largest independent producer of official statistics. During my time at ONS, I was responsible of connecting the citizens with the National Institute by making the services user-friendly. I achieved this by mapping the complexity of of the current state (AS IS) while envisioning potential improvements (TO BE). My role include conducting qualitative research, mapping ecosystems and defining value opportunities.

My main project revolved around leading a GDS discovery to implement the business surveys from both internal and external perspectives. 





Icastic Design Studio
– Service Designer

Icastic is a design studio specialized in workshop facilitation and mapping tools. There, I was responsible of visually representing concepts and dynamics for companies during workshops. My role also included  empowering the clients to adopt a customer-first approach



Silverback Strategies

At Silverback, a design studio, my main responsibility was conducting organizational research to enhance the internal core workflow. I visualized the team's operations based on the findings, and organized a series of workshops to improve them with the team.



DysWay
– Visual and Service Designer

During my time at DysWay, a company that developed an effective learning method for dyslexic individuals, my role involved designing tools and training materials to implement this method. My responsabilities included conducting qualitative research and creating prototypes to test the materials.
